Las Vegas is truly the city that never sleeps. With tons of activities, shows, and more, there is always something you can do, 24 hours a day. We have gone on multiple occasions and tried different things, but of course, there’s always still a ton of things we have yet to see, which is exciting! Here, are some things to do in Las Vegas for all ages, so that you can plan ahead with your friends or your family!
1. take a picture with the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign
One thing I would take back from our previous trips is leaving without taking a picture in front this sign so that we can add it to our photo album, but when we return next year this must be one of our first stops. A picture with this sign is a picture of 1959 history!

2. fremont street experience
View from The Plaza Hotel
Head off the strip and enjoy an interactive experience at Fremont Street! You can find live music/concerts, plenty of stores to shop at, places to eat, and of course casinos. On top of this, as you walk through the blocks you can find interesting acts and performers, each in their own space there to entertain, ask if you want to take photos, etc.
Check out the hotels there that have fun things to offer too! For example, you may want to visit Stadium Swim at The Circa for a loungey pool experience with a huge 143 FT screen to watch all your favorite sports games at once, and that's just the beginning of what this hotel alone has to offer.
Like a thrill? You might not be able to see it, but you can zipline all the way through Fremont street right under the lit up ceilings!

3. AREA15
Leaving the Fremont Street Experience, you can head towards the strip and spend a few good hours MINIMUM at AREA15. This space holds a full variety of experiences within itself! Inside AREA15 you have art experiences of all kinds which even includes the food and drinking areas. There are even events here, so be sure to check the calendar.
One of the first stops inside Area 15 is the Omega Mart which turns from a grocery store into a trippy interactive experience. You'll know once you open a refrigerator and realize you can go through it, entering a completely different space that allows you to go deeper into other experiences. Expect to spend a couple fun hours there alone, with friends and family!

4. enjoy a walk through the Las vegas strip
The Las Vegas Strip is the main attraction, and is definitely not something to miss! Put on some comfortable shoes and try to get into as much as you can with about 4 miles full of hotel attractions, casinos, fun shopping experiences, and entertainment all throughout!
Bonus: If you're looking for an event or a show, keep your eyes open for promoters along the strip handing out invites to attend one free of charge,

Enjoy a beautiful garden walkthrough inside the Bellagio hotel. The creations seem to change here, so whenever you end up back in this area, I'd say to check it out again!
Bonus: Check out the World's largest chocolate fountain, which is also inside the Bellagio!

7. ResortS world
When we went to Resorts World, we got to experience the beautiful 66th floor bar view, but besides that and some gambling, it was mostly a walk through. Today, Resorts World is a massive build of 3 hotels in one, and is full of amazing spots to fill up your day! There are multiple themed events and experiences to choose from, different pools, casino spots, and more!
There are over 40 food experiences to choose from, but one that's popular is Famous foods Street Eats. It's like an upgraded food court area with many food options that you can conveniently order straight from your phone. You can even order and get your food delivered to the touch-less restaurant locker at the pool!
Upcoming Events: Check out Transfix, stated as the World's largest immersive art experience at Resorts World from April 21st - Sept

8. GET LUCKY AT A CASINO
In Vegas, we know that there are a ton of Casinos to choose from. There was a time where we have literally went through a majority of the strip going from hotel to hotel not just to try a game in each casino, but to also check out the art and detail that goes in it, because each one is made differently from the next.
The closest casino to our home here in California is 1 hour away, and is only for table games, and the next one with slots is just under 2 hours away, so going to Vegas where there's a different casino at every turn is pretty fun to see for me!

9. Nightclubs, lounges & dayclubs
Las Vegas has amazing, extravagant nightclubs, lounges, and day clubs, and you absolutely should visit one before heading home! I personally like the day clubs and lounge vibe- basically I like to be able to have the option to sit down somewhere without having to purchase a big VIP booth for just the 2 of us, or leave the main event area.
Tip: Before purchasing tickets for an event, try getting on a guest list to attend free or at a lower charge. You can simply do this by finding a promoter on the strip handing out invites, or by checking out the websites No Cover Nightclubs or Discotech, choose an event that accepts guest lists and fill out a quick questionnaire to see if you are able to get into your club of choice. If you do get on a guest list you will get a confirmation with the information you need to attend the event such as where to check-in. You will have to arrive before a certain time, but either way, you will end up saving a lot of money taking this route.

10. LET A ROBOT MAKE YOUR COCKTAIL CREATION
You will be sure to come across the Miracle Mile Shops if you're exploring the strip near the Bellagio, and inside of it you can find The Tipsy Robot. It actually took us a little minute to find it through all the other shops and restaurants, but it was worth the run arounds (and finally asking for help).
Find a seat and use the touchscreen to create your own custom drink with all the ingredients and options they have, or choose from their cocktail selection. Once you're done and you submit your order you can see your robot getting to work! After you receive your drink you can stay and keep watching, or take your creation with you while you continue to explore. You're spending a little more for the experience, but that's the rewarding part- experiencing something different.
Bonus: Miracle Mile has over 200 other shops to explore, so if robot action isn't your thing I say to check out this mall anyway:)

6. ENJOY THE BELLAGIO FOUNTAIN SHOW
While you're in or around the Bellagio area, make sure to catch a free show at the Bellagio Fountain with your friends and family. Enjoy the music and lighting while watching up to over 1,000 fountains perform, shooting up to to 460 feet in the air! Each show is created differently, so why not stop and catch another one on your walk back from your destination?.
Tip: The schedule depends on the day of the week, so make sure to plan ahead on the Bellagio website. No tickets or check-ins are required, as this is completely open to the public,

11. Ride the high roller
Go to The Linq and get a full Las Vegas strip view day or night by taking a ride on The High Roller! This ride lasts 30 minutes long and allows you to go up to 550 feet above the strip. If you're a 21+ group you have the option to get on a Happy Half Hour cabin for an additional cost, which gives you the same experience, but with a bar and bartender on board making you unlimited drinks.

12. Looking for more rides?
If you're a thrill seeker and the casinos aren't cutting it for you, here are a list of places you can make stops at to get your thrill on:
The Big Apple Coaster & Arcade - New York New York Hotel
The Adventuredome Indoor Theme Park (+ Arcade) - Circus Circus
Big Shot Ride - The Strat Hotel
Insanity - The Strat Hotel
X Scream - The Strat Hotel
13. ELECTRIC DAISY CARNIVAL + EDC WEEK
The Electronic Daisy Carnival is an adult only 1,000 acre music festival full of music of course, rides, shopping experiences, and other activities usually held every year in May. Play, meet people from all over the globe, and dance until the sun rises for 3 days. It's a bucket list experience within itself let alone Las Vegas, so unless you’re planning on staying in Vegas for a couple weeks, you may want to revisit just for EDC week because there are so many experiences you aren’t gonna want to miss, whether you attend the festival or the large number of events happening the whole week on the strip.

These are some of our top recommendations when visiting Las Vegas. You can expect updates to be added here. Some of the things that remain on my bucket list are The Venetian Gondola ride, taking a helicopter tour, hiking, and trying out the Las Vegas lounges. We are going on our 4th visit and still there is never a shortage of things to do, so you can always expect your itinerary to be filled with every visit. Have fun!
